There is a lot to do and see when visiting Mormon Lake Lodge, plan your trip out ahead of time and avoid the stress! Below is important travel information and policies:

Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night’s room charge plus applicable taxes is required for each room at the time of reservation.
Payment Policy: The full reservation balance is taken at the time of reservation Checks are not accepted. Note: If you arrive for check-in after the office is closed, the full balance will be due by 11 AM the next day.
Cancellation Policy: A 5 day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations/Changes made inside 5 days of arrival will forfeit first nights stay plus taxes.
Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $20.00 applies for extra persons aged 12 years and older.
Rollaways & Cribs: Rollaways are available for $15.00/night and cribs for $20.00/night. Rollaways are permitted in certain units only.
Pet Policy: With prior notice, pets are allowed. A $25 per night pet fee will apply. 2 pet maximum limit.
Smoking Policy: All buildings on property, including guest accommodations, are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside at least 25 feet away from any door or window.
Group Policy: Please note the lodge is limited with space and options, so we do not accommodate group parties. If you book multiple room reservations, we will likely not be able to have all your rooms close together due to limited room types. There is also no group event space and group dining is not available. Please anticipate having multiple dining seatings for multiple room reservations.
