With outings ranging from the easy, 30-minute Ponderosa Trail to the advanced full-day Mormon Mountain Adventure, there’s a trail ride for everyone at Mormon Lake Lodge, no matter the skill level. All riders must be at least six-years-old.
Meet the Animals, Up Close
At Mormon Lake Lodge, we know that kids and animals are always a winning combination. Our Buffalo Habitat gives you a chance to see the majestic American Buffalo that barely escaped extinction in the 19th Century. Weighing up to 2,000 pounds, these mighty and massive creatures are a sight to behold.

Although avid anglers may be able to enjoy a leisurely day with few bites on the line, we know most kids prefer a bit more excitement with their fishing. Which is why we have a dedicated children’s trout pond that is well-stocked to encourage success for our youngest guests.
